Omar, Tlaib barred from entering Israel

Israel has banned the two congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib from entering the country due to previous statements and actions taken by the congresswomen.

“We will not permit someone who negates our right of existence in the world to enter the country… as a matter of principle, this decision is very correct” said Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely.

The U.S. envoy to Israel backed the decision to deny entry to the two muslim women ahead of their visit to Jerusalem and the West Bank.

“It would show great weakness if Israel allowed Rep. Omar and Rep. Tlaib to visit. They hate Israel & all Jewish people, & there is nothing that can be said or done to change their minds. Minnesota and Michigan will have a hard time putting them back in office. They are a disgrace!” Trump tweeted.
